Private-sector groups push for Latin trade agreements    The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and 14 other business organizations have sent a letter to Congressional leaders working on trade that stresses private-sector support for pending trade agreements with Colombia, Panama and Peru.
   Supporters of the agreements, which have been signed and await Congressional authorization, are focusing on a bipartisan trade policy agreement hammered out this year, and urging Democrats wavering on trade agreements to stick to the letter of the policy agreement without trying to impose new conditions.
   The bipartisan agreement forged by Congressional leadership includes clauses related to labor and environmental issues.
