PROLOGIS SIGNS LEASE WITH HAMANN
ProLogis signed a lease with Hamann International for distribution space at ProLogis Park Sant Boi in Spain.
Under a 10-year agreement, Hamann, a Belgian transport and logistics company, will lease an 11,000-square-meter facility. Terms were not disclosed.
The facility is located next to Barcelona's international airport, and will serve as Hamann International's Northern Spain distribution center.
