The association named Hernan Ayala Rubio president and Jose Nazario vice president. Ayala is vice president of operations for Luis A. Ayala Col'n Inc., and Nazario is finance director for Crowley Maritime in Puerto Rico.
Other officers include treasurer Joseph V'zquez, general manager of APL Puerto Rico; and secretary Herbert R'os, port director-Puerto Rico for Trailer Bridge Inc. They are also board members for the association, along with past President Jos' O. Busto, president of Continental Shipping; and Executive Director Fernando Rivera, who is vice president of Harbor Bunkering Corp.
