PWC Logistics acquires Cronat
PWC Logistics of Kuwait will acquired Cronat Group of Basel, Switzerland in a move that PWC says will strengthen its presence in Europe. Cronat offers services under the forwarding and logistics brand “Natural.”
Cronat said it will continue to be managed in Switzerland by existing management and that no layoffs were planned. The acquisition is subject to government approval.
PWC Logistics operates has 450 offices in over 100 countries and offers warehousing facilities and transportation and freight management services.
