PWC Logistics changing name to Agility

PWC Logistics changing name to Agility    Kuwait’s PWC Logistics, which owns GeoLogistics, TransOceanic and Trans-Link among others, has started the process of rebranding itself under a single name, Agility.
   “With Agility, we have woven our capabilities into a single brand name with one goal — to provide the best, personal customer service possible,” said Tarek Sultan, chairman and managing director.
   The company has about 20,000 employees in more than 450 offices worldwide and has annual revenues of about $4.5 billion. Each of its divisions will have an additional “brand descriptor,” such as Agility Defense and Government Services, Agility Project Logistics, and Agility Fairs and Events.
   The transition of the separate brands into one entity is expected to be fully completed by 2008.
