QIVA ADDS $7 MILLION TO THIRD-ROUND FINANCING
Qiva, a San Francisco-based provider of logistics software solutions, said Monday it has expanded its $17.2-million Series C round of financing with an additional $7 million from VantagePoint Venture Partners.
Qiva will use the funds to expand its sales and marketing operations. Other investors include CNF Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Jafco America Ventures, Osprey Ventures, Symphony Technology Group, and WaldenVC.
