Rice has been managing director of P&O Trans European (Holdings) Ltd. P&O recently sold the logistics business of P&O Trans European to Wincanton plc.
As previously announced, Nick Luff joined the P&O board Wednesday as chief financial officer. He had been CFO of P&O Princess Cruises plc.
