Rosales to head CCAA

Rosales to head CCAA Manuel Rosales has been appointed president of Caribbean Central American Action, a non-governmental organization that promotes private sector-led economic development in the Caribbean Basin.
   Rosales joins Washington-based CCAA after serving as assistant administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of International Trade. His background is banking and finance. He previously operated his own financial services company, Inter-American Financial Services, and was vice president of the Bank of California, as well as vice president of shareholder relations at Capital Preservation Fund, now known as the Benham Capital Management Group.
   He replaces Federico Sacasa, who will continue to serve on the CCAA board of trustees as vice chairman.
