Royal Air Maroc, Etihad Airways to partner on cargo network development

The two airlines have signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on airfreight routes between the Mediterranean, the Middle East and Africa.

Morocco-based airline Royal Air Maroc Cargo (RAM) and Etihad Airways in the United Arab Emirates have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop joint cargo activities.
The partnership will allow the two airlines to strengthen its network and access new markets, RAM Cargo said in a statement last week.
Together, the two airlines will offer flights between Casablanca, Agadir, Marrakech and Tangier in Morocco.
RAM Cargo currently transports freight from Abu Dhabi, UAE, to the Americas via Casablanca on a daily basis, as well as on daily flights to Europe and Africa via Casablanca.
