San Berdo asks for all of state bond money for goods movement With $2 billion in goods movement bond funds set to be doled out soon by Sacramento officials for the entire state, San Bernardino authorities decided last week to go for broke and ask for it all.
   With several regional traffic projects planned, San Bernardino officials have decided to combine their projects instead of fight with each other over the Prop. 1b bond money approved by voters last summer.
   Local official are arguing that the growth of truck and rail traffic have seriously impacted the region, and the funds would go a long way to helping to ease area congestion.
   The California Transportation Committee is expected to make a formal decision by year's end.
   The San Bernardino projects are:
   ' Adding lanes to the 15 Freeway and upgrading the 15 and 215 Freeway interchange in Devore.
   ' Construction of new interchanges along the 10 Freeway in Fontana, Rialto and Colton.
   ' Grade separations for numerous rail crossings in the area.
   ' Development of a four-lane freeway to connecting the Southern California Logistics Airport in Victorville to area highways.
   ' Expansion of Highway 58 from a two-lane to four-lane highway.
