SAN FRANCISCO TARIFF PUBLISHER ACQUIRES WORLD TARIFF    San Francisco ocean tariff publisher Pacific Coast Tariff Bureau is acquiring World Tariff Services, a subsidiary of PLUS Integration, a Bloomfield, N.J.-based tariff publisher.
   Pacific Coast Tariff Bureau is also buying PLUS Integration’s interest in the “PLUS Tariff” tariff posting and retrieval system.
   Pacific Coast Tariff Bureau said it will have a combined customer base of some 700 ocean carriers, intermediaries and agreements following the acquisition.
   World Tariff Services is not related to WorldTariff Ltd., the San Francisco-based customs duty publisher acquired recently by the Federal Express group.
