Schneider Logistics companies operate as one Schneider Logistics said Thursday it has completed the integration of the four logistics companies it has acquired in the last three years.
   Last year, Green Bay, Wis.-based Schneider acquired Bao Yun Logistics to provide warehousing, trucking and other logistics services in China.
   The company bought American Overseas Logistics, a full service freight forwarder, customs broker and warehousing firm located in Southern California in early 2006 and American Port Services, an operator of transloading, warehousing and drayage trucking services at several major U.S. ports, in mid-2005. The drayage portion of the latter deal was called Powers Transportation Services.
   All four companies now operate under the Schneider brand to provide customers with a suite of in-house logistics services.
   Schneider Logistics is a division of truckload carrier Schneider National.
