Schoeneman named acting deputy director at AMC
Brian W. Schoeneman has been appointed acting deputy director of the Washington-based American Maritime Congress.
Prior to his appointment, Schoeneman served as director of government affairs for the Marine Engineers’ Beneficial Association.
AMC, founded in 1977, is an educational and research group representing U.S.-flag vessel operating companies in the international and domestic trades that have collective bargaining agreements with MEBA, which represents the licensed engineers and deck officers of the U.S. merchant marine.
