SEA STAR APPOINTS FOX SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Sea Star Line has appointed Carl Fox senior vice president in charge of customer service, information technology and systems implementation.
Fox has previously worked for the Jacksonville-based shipping line as an independent contractor. He is a former executive vice president, planning and administration of NPR/Navieras, the shipping line acquired by Sea Star.
