Sea Star lowering bunker surcharge
Puerto Rico shipping line Sea Star said it is lowering its bunker fuel surcharge by $50, effective Oct. 19
The new charge for 40- or 45-foot containers will be $655 from Port Elizabeth, N.J., $690 from Houston, and $600 from Jacksonville and Port Everglades, Fla.
