Sea Star plans southbound Puerto Rico rate hike
Sea Star Line will raise rates on southbound shipments in the Puerto Rico trade effective, Oct. 1.
The carrier said the rate hike would be 9.9 percent for dry containerized rate structures, $50 per vehicle, and 5 percent for all other non-containerized cargo.
