Fox joined Sea Star in April 2003. Prior to Sea Star, he was group controller with United States Lines, director of strategic planning and new business development with Crowley Maritime Corp., and executive vice president for Navieras NPR Inc.
Perlmutter joined Sea Star Line in October 2004 as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Previously, he held a variety of financial management positions at Sea-Land, CSX Lines and Horizon Lines.
