Seaboard launches upgraded Web site Seaboard Marine has upgraded its web site, https://www.seaboardmarine.com, to include new features and improved functionalities.
   While Seaboard has been offering schedules, bookings, tracing, and Web reports for several years, the company said customers have requested new and improved Internet communications. That includes enhanced booking and tracing capabilities, plus new features intended to make it easier and more efficient to conduct business online.
   On the upgraded Web site, customers can create bookings on the Web, view and manage information on current bookings — with information coming from customer input and Seaboard employees — plus manage dispatch instructions, view information on current bills of lading, or print a 'proof' copy of a bill of lading.
   The Web site will continue to provide sailing schedule information, allow tracking of specific containers, and obtain information about Seaboard ranging from general company information to employment opportunities, with online applications available.
