SeaBridge adds advisor, hires investment bank
SeaBridge, the Arlington Va. company that plans to build a fleet of high-speed roll-on/roll-off and passenger ferries to carry domestic trucks and cars along the East and Gulf coasts, said it has added a New Jersey marketing communications executive to its board.
John Bendel, president of Island Heights, N.J.-based Bendel & Bendel Inc., has been named to the company’s board of advisors.
In August, SeaBridge said it has retained Jefferies & Co. Inc., a global investment bank, as exclusive financial advisor to assist the company in pursuing financing for deployment of the ships.
