SeaLand provides tracking app

Maersk Group’s intra-Americas regional ocean carrier SeaLand released an app that offers freight tracking, sailing schedules, estimated time of arrival data and cargo status updates.    SeaLand, the intra-Americas regional ocean carrier of the Maersk Group, released a mobile app today that is designed to give customers real-time visibility to import and export shipments between the Americas.
   The app offers freight tracking, sailing schedules, estimated time of arrival data, and cargo status updates. It also allows users to share shipment data with customers and colleagues, SeaLand said.
   “Making freight information more accessible and easy to share is an important capability for today’s supply chains,” said Craig Mygatt, chief executive officer of SeaLand.
