SENIOR EXECUTIVE LEAVES KUEHNE & NAGEL
Kuehne & Nagel, the Swiss/German forwarding group, is facing a big
management reshuffle, following the sudden departure of Peter Kruse, its
group executive vice president.
Kruse, a member of the management board of K&N, was in charge of
corporate strategy, logistics and overland traffic for the group.
A spokesman for K&N could not comment on Kruse’ departure.
On July 1, Klaus-Michael Kuehne will pass on his duties as chairman of
the management board to Klaus Herms, the head of the Asia-Pacific region of K&N.
Kuehne will remain president of the group.
K&N has also appointed new executives to head its airfreight and sea
freight activities.
