Serrano resigns as EGL CFO
Houston-based Eagle Global Logistics said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Elijio Serrano has resigned from the company effective Feb. 10 to join a Houston-area oilfield services company.
Serrano has been EGL’s CFO since 1999 and a director since 2000. He will continue as a director until the company files its annual report for the year-ended Dec. 31. EGL plans to formally announce fourth quarter 2005 earnings results March 9.
