Shaerf leaves Trailer Bridge board
Trailer Bridge Inc. said it is seeking a replacement for Peter S. Shaerf, who stepped down from the company’s board of directors May 22.
Shaerf, a managing director with the specialty investment banking firm AMA Capital Partners, said he left after about five years at Trailer Bridge to devote attention to other projects.
Trailer Bridge, a specialist in the Puerto Rico container trade, said NASDAQ, where it lists its stock, has told it to replace Shaerf with another independent director by Nov. 20 to retain its listing. Trailer Bridge said it believed it would be able to meet the deadline for retaining another director set by NASDAQ.
