Shanghai port trucker strike snarls cargo    Trucks drivers protested Wednesday at Shanghai's port complexes over rising fuel prices and fees at the port, according to international and Chinese state media reports.
   Shanghai is the world's busiest port by container volume. Its terminals are broken in to two segments — the in-city river terminals that comprise the Waigaoqiao complex, and a newer, deepwater complex some 20 miles off the coast called Yangshan. Protests occurred Wednesday at the Waigaoqiao, with Yangshan targeted for Thursday.
   The protests are part of a three-day action to call attention to how inflation is affecting the port trucking industry. Truckers have called for higher rates to offset their increasing operating costs.
   Cargo operations were reportedly affected by the strikes, with some container yards blocked, particularly at the Waigaoqiao terminals.
