Ship collision off Gibralta The master of a dry bulk carrier that collided with a tanker on Sunday morning was arrested and will appear in court today as a salvage plan is prepared, the Gibraltar newspaper Panorama reports.
   There were no injuries in the collision or major oil spills between the bulk New Flame, which was sailing from Gibraltar to Turkey, and the double-hull product tanker Torm Gertrude, which was heading for Algeciras to change crew.
   But the bow of New Flame is entirely underwater and the entire crew was evacuated.
   Government agencies and contractors are working on a plan to salvage the ship while investigators try to understand how the accident happened near the straits of Gibraltar, one of the busiest waterways in the world.
