SHIPMATRIX SIGNS SOFTWARE DEAL WITH NAVISTAR INTERNATIONAL

SHIPMATRIX SIGNS SOFTWARE DEAL WITH NAVISTAR INTERNATIONAL    ShipMatrix Inc., the Pittsburgh-based developer of shipping management applications, has signed a multi-site license with Navistar International Corp.
   International produces mid-range diesel engines, medium trucks, buses, heavy trucks and other vehicles, parts and services sold under the International brand.
   Operating from its Chicago headquarters, International is using ShipMatrix software to access and process shipping data from multiple production and distribution facilities throughout the United States. The company will use ShipMatrix's proprietary software 'ShipRefund to measure on-time service performance of its carriers' package delivery and information quality.
   The data-warehousing feature of ShipRefund provides identity improvement opportunities within International's own shipping operation, ShipMatrix said.
