Shipping agency S5 hangs out shingle    S5 Agency World Ltd., a new global shipping agency, has been established in London with regional hub centers in the United States, northern and southern Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, the Asia Pacific region, and Australia.
   The management team for S5 Agency World Ltd. includes H.W. 'Win' Thurber as chairman; Nick Lane as chief executive officer; Graham Bog, chief operating officer; Jim Ward, director of information technology systems; and Ira Rudnick, global financial hub director.
   The name 'S5' reflects key elements in the new agency's product offering: 'shipping, service, systems, solutions and security,' Graham Bog said in a statement.
   Stakeholders in S5 comprise Kerr Norton Strachan, in the Americas, working with Agunsa in South America; the Royal Burger Group in northern Europe; and Euroshipping in southern Europe, North and West Africa.
   Other stakeholders include Kanoo Shipping in the Middle East, Sturrock Shipping in South and East Africa, Jardine Shipping Services in Asia Pacific, and McArthur Shipping in Australia.
