SIEMENS SELECTS BAX GLOBAL FOR HEAVYWEIGHT SHIPMENTS
Siemens, the information, communications and power equipment giant, has selected BAX Global as its preferred carrier for U.s. heavyweight expedited shipments under a two-year contract.
BAX Global, the Irvine, Calif.-based expedited carrier and supply-chain management company, was also designated as Siemens' endorsed international package service carrier.
The contract covers heavyweight domestic shipments for all Siemens' companies, ranging from mobile phones to lighting components and from patient care products to power systems.
BAX Global said it has been working with Siemens since 1992.
