Singapore company to develop Chinese logistics center
Singapore-based real estate developer Mapletree Investments is investing more than $13 million in a 42,000-square-meter logistics center in Wuxi New District China, the Malaysian news service Bernama reported over the weekend.
The completed center will have three single-story multitenant warehouses. It is Mapletree’s third logistics center development in China.
