Sinotrans said to be mulling merger with China Changjang Sinotrans Shipping Ltd said late Tuesday that its controlling shareholder, China National Foreign Trade Transportation Corp., or Sinotrans Group, was considering a merger with China Changjiang National Shipping Corp., Reuters reported
