SINOTRANS SHIPPING AGENCY OPENS ARIZONA OPERATIONS CENTER
Sinotrans Shipping Agency (North America) Inc. has opened a new operations center in Tempe, Ariz., which will be responsible for back office functions including booking, equipment control, inbound/outbound documentation, intermodal and accounting.
Joanne Owens has been promoted to vice president, operations, and will head the operations center.
In addition, Andy Dundle has been named traffic manager, David Blackledge as head of equipment control, Stephen Liagoure as head of customer service, and Mieko Thompson will be responsible for accounting and administrative functions.
