Based on an OFAC determination that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied, all property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these individuals are blocked, and U.S. citizens generally are prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
All six men were named to the list for engagement “in actions or policies that threaten the peace, security or stability of Libya.”
