The agreement by ocean common carriers to participate on the Exchange Board, No. 201234-002, adds Hyundai Merchant Marine as a party and removes MOL.
The agreement by ocean common carriers to use standard service contract terms, No. 210235-002, adds HMM and Orient Overseas Container Line Limited as parties to the agreement and removes MOL.
The exchange agreement for empty containers, No. 201257, authorizes ZIM Integrated Shipping Services and Ocean Network Express to exchange space with each other for the carriage of empty containers in all U.S. trades.
The space charter agreement, No. 201258, authorizes Maersk Line to charter space to ZIM on Maersk’s UCLA service in the trade between the U.S. Gulf Coast and Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Panama.
Slot charter agreement 201259 authorizes Kyowa Shipping Co. to charter space to ONE on its South Pacific islands service.
Agreement 201260 authorizes NYK Bulk & Project Carriers to charter space to ONE on its South Pacific service.
