State Department designates global terrorists

The State Department has added Abukar Ali Adan, Muhammad al-Ghazali and Wanas al-Faqih to its list of Specially Designated Global Terrorists.

   The State Department has added Abukar Ali Adan, Muhammad al-Ghazali and Wanas al-Faqih to its list of Specially Designated Global Terrorists.
   “Global Terrorist” designations include prohibitions against knowingly providing (or attempting or conspiring to provide) material support or resources to, or engaging in transactions with the individuals, according to the State Department.
   The designations also freeze all property and interests of the individuals in the United States or in the control of U.S. citizens.
