Steele was president of the aviation consulting company, Global Dimensions Inc. and served as president and chief operating officer of Champion Air. He has worked for more than two decades in the airline industry, including stints at Aloha Airlines, Polar Air Cargo, America West Airlines, Pan American Corp., Arrow Air, MGM Grand Air and Eastern Air Lines.
