Stinnes was taking space from Safmarine on its Europe/West Africa “Lisa” service.
A spokesperson for Stinnes blamed “dramatically decreased rates” in the trade as the reason for its decision to withdraw.
H. Stinnes took over the Europe/West Africa service last year from DSR-Senator.
