ST&R makes Mulveny principal, Becerra member The law firm Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg has made Jennifer Mulveny a principal and Robert Becerra a member of the firm.
   Mulveny is senior director of trade and legislative affairs in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. She is a former deputy assistant U.S. trade representative for congressional affairs, and was a direct liaison between the White House, Congress and one of the lead USTR officials when the Dominican Republic-Central America Free Trade Agreement was being put together.
   Becerra has been in the Miami office of ST&R since October 2004. His specialties include internal investigations in the areas of anti-money laundering, anti-counterfeiting, customs laws and regulations and other corporate compliance requirements.
