ST&R opening new Mexico City office

ST&R opening new Mexico City office Miami-based Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services, a consulting services company for customs and international trade, will open a new Mexico City office Feb. 7.
   'We are very pleased with the newest additions to our team, and with this next step in our international expansion,” said Gianluca Romano, senior vice president for international commercial services for STTAS, which is affiliated with the law firm Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg. “Client demand in Mexico for trade and customs services has been steadily growing over the past decade.'
   Claudia Medellin, managing director of STTAS de Mexico, and Doug Browning, a former U.S. Customs and Border Protection deputy commissioner who is now senior vice president for global border modernization for STTAS, will attend a Feb. 7 open house for the office.
