Strike slows UPS shipments in Canada    UPS pilots said they would honor a strike by Teamster groundworkers in Canada that began Monday by not flying to that country, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported.
   UPS said it would continue to delivery packages to Canada, but that it has suspended pickup of packages in Canada for delivery to other countries. The Atlanta-based parcel giant canceled all delivery guarantees and warned customers to expect shipping delays.
   UPS and Teamsters Canada management recently reached a tentative labor agreement, but were surprised when the 3,800 rank-and-file members voted not to ratify the deal.
   UPS averages about seven cargo flights per day to Canada, according to the newspaper report. The company said it would use management pilots to fly UPS planes to and from Canada.
