Sunny Delight picks iGPS pallets

Sunny Delight picks iGPS pallets    Sunny Delight Beverages Co. said it will begin shipping its products throughout the United States on plastic pallets produced by Intelligent Global Pooling Systems.
   'At Sunny Delight, we regard sustainability as a strategic imperative, and iGPS' all-plastic pallets will further help us to meet our objective for continual sustainability improvements,' said Ellen Iobst, senior vice president of manufacturing and technology, in a statement. 'The lighter weight of iGPS's pallet reduces fuel use and greenhouse gas emissions.'
   iGPS has pallets are tracked by embedded radio frequency identification tags and are 30 percent lighter than traditional wood pallets.
