Supplier Dunkin’ toes in Manhattan systems

A major supplier to Dunkin’ Brands franchisees has started rolling out Manhattan Associates’ TMS and WMS solutions to increase efficiency and lower transportation and warehousing costs.

National DCP, a $2 billion supply chain management cooperative serving franchisees of Dunkin’ Brands, has begun rolling out Manhattan Associates transportation management and warehouse management solutions, the software company said.
NDCP’s implementation of Manhattan’s TMS and WMS are part of a strategic initiative to lower operating costs, increase business efficiency and standardize supply chain and ingredient costs for franchise owners by modernizing its WMS and TMS systems on a single platform.
“Our deployment of the Manhattan platform is an essential step in the execution of the company’s long-term business and technology strategy and will create exceptional efficiencies as we unify our supply chain operations,” said Darrell Riekena, chief information officer, NDCP.
