Supply chain firm Relex U.K. bound

   Relex, a Helsinki-based supply chain software company, is reportedly looking to expand in the United Kingdom.
   The company offers demand forecasting and replenishment systems as well as varied supply chain management and analytics tools. Customers can use these services on a pilot basis before committing to a full deployment. Relex often touts it has yet to lose any customer that made it through the pilot program and decided to come on board.
   The company’s latest work was with Onninen, a provider of comprehensive materials services in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Russia, and the Baltic countries. Relex said for items managed by its solution, inventory value decreased by millions of euros and inventory turnover improved by 25 percent.
