Survey: Recovery more risky than recession to supply chain    A major worry among manufacturers and retailers is the effects a recovering economy will have on commodity prices and constrained production capacity, among other things, said a new survey and report from consulting group AMR Research.
   The survey found more respondents worried that the recovery cycle would create more supply chain risk than a continued recession and the dampened demand that would bring.
   The biggest individual worries came over supplier product quality failures, commodity price volatility, and IP infringement, with just under one-third of respondents naming those as problem areas. Piracy issues barely registered, with only 2 percent citing that as a significant risk.
