Swissport completes disposal of French operation

Swissport called the sale of its French ground-handling business to GH Team a ‘strategic decision.’    Swissport France Holding SAS and Servisair SAS, both part of the Swissport Group, have completed the disposal of certain parts of their ground-handling operations in France to GH Team. 
   Swissport called the sale of its French ground-handling business a “strategic decision,” which took into account the “growing economic pressure on ground-handling activities particularly in Paris CDG.” The sale does not include Swissport Cargo Services or Swissport Executive, both will remain part of Swissport, the company said. 
   GH Team plans to expand its ground-handling activities for both passenger and cargo in France.
   Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed by Swissport or GH Team.
