TACA’s fuel surcharges unchanged
The Trans-Atlantic Conference Agreement’s bunker adjustment factor will be unchanged through at least Nov. 15.
TACA’s bunker rates for traffic to, from and via U.S. Atlantic and Gulf coasts ports are $467 per 20-foot container (TEU) and $933 per 40-foot (FEU) or 45-foot container. The weight-measure adjustment in that trade is $47.
Rates for traffic to, from and via U.S. Pacific Coast ports are $700 per TEU and $1,400 per FEU or 45-foot container. The weight-measure adjustment is $70.
TACA’s currency adjustment factor will remain at 8 percent for the same period.
Ocean carriers in TACA are Atlantic Container Line, Mediterranean Shipping Co., Maersk Line, NYK, and OOCL.
