Taibo heads Antares? corporate development

Taibo heads AntaresÆ corporate development    Antares Shipmanagement S.A. has appointed Henry Taibo to executive vice president for corporate development, located in New York.
   Taibo will also oversee capital raising, joint ventures, managing and developing banking/capital markets relationships and other strategic projects for the Athens-based company.
   Taibo has more than 12 years of advisory and strategic experience focused on the transportation industry. He was most recently co-founder of the maritime and logistics investment banking practice at SkyWorks Capital. Prior to that, he was a principal with transportation fund Great Circle Capital and worked with transportation investment bank Seabury Group.
   Antares is a holding company for shipping assets as well as an operator of dry-bulk and tanker vessels.
