They’re joined by special guests Robert Moffitt, EVP and director of operations for New Legend Inc.; Max Farrell, CEO of WorkHound; Charles Gracey, president of Hot Seat Services Inc.; and Krenar Komoni, CEO/founder of Tive.

Absolutely I feel that retention is key, absolutely key. I may be a recruiter but my number one job is to retain and take care of our professionals who are already employed with us. Who wants to be a guinea pig constantly running on the wheel when you could be the best company out there, the one everybody’s talking about because as a team your company takes care of all their employees drivers included.

Yes, raise the insurance… I will sit back and wait… One truck, 30+ years of experience and a clean record… I may just make a few bucks, it has been roughly 30+ years since we have seen livable rates.
