Tampa firm taps Sanchez for international market Tampa-based VitalTrust Business Development Co. has engaged attorney Frank Sanchez to assist with the company's international trade and governmental affairs activities.
   Sanchez is a partner in CM Partners, an international consulting firm that specializes in assisting companies with negotiation strategies, alliances and mediation. Sanchez has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, including a stint in the Clinton administration as special assistant to the president, Office of the Special Envoy for the Americas. In that job he worked on economic integration and trade promotion activities.
