Tampa Port Authority swears in new commissioner

Tampa Port Authority swears in new commissioner Hillsborough County Commissioner Brian Blair has been appointed to the board of the Tampa Port Authority.
   The county commissioners select one member to sit on the port authority board as the country representative. Blair was elected to the county commissioners in 2004. He will serve a one-year term on the port board.
   Blair grew up in Hillsborough County, but left to attend the University of Louisville, then moved on to become a prominent professional wrestler during the 1980s as a member of the 'Killer Bees' tag-team combination. After his wrestling career, he opened a chain of health clubs in the Tampa area.
