The report said Hudson Tank Terminals has been sent a notice to vacate its property, and has gone to court seeking that a lease extension offered in 1998, but never signed by the company, be enforced.
The terminal wants a lease that expires in 2023; the port is now offering a lease that extends only to 2013 and would be subject thereafter to annual review, the Star-Ledger reports.
